TV CHOSUN is set to premiere its latest weekend drama titled “Doctor Shin,” a medical thriller that combines the tension of the medical world with emotionally charged romance. The drama is highly anticipated after releasing the first portrait of Baek Seo Ra in her new role as the central character. “Doctor Shin” tells the story of a genius doctor who dares to push the boundaries of medical science beyond what has long been considered the realm of God, On the other hand, there is a woman who suffers brain damage overnight, slowly losing her mind.
The story unfolds around the unconventional romance of a top actress who falls into a coma after a tragic accident, alongside the man who once loved her and the man who still loves her, presenting a bold narrative about love, desire, taboos, and sacrifice. Baek Seo Ra plays Momo, a top actress at the peak of her popularity and career, who is engaged to Shin Ju Shin, played by Jung E Chan, a neurosurgeon known for being perfect and having everything. However, before their happy day arrives, Momo suffers a severe accident that leaves her body intact but her brain severely damaged, leaving her in a coma and triggering a series of dramatic events.
